School Teacher Gina buys another property

Gina Antoniou’s journey with M.Y. has been an incredible one so far. Although she is used to being a teacher day to day , she has also been a great student and made huge progress in her mindset as an entrepreneur. When she first met Ayo, she told him her main goal was to make enough money from property to leave teaching behind. On the 30th of June 2021, she finally completed a sale on a three bed ex council house in South East London. The property was her former Rent to Rent that she had been managing for the past 2 years. Gina purchased this property under market value and funded it with a mortgage.  She currently rents it out to sharers and makes around £800 per month  cash flow from it. Her plan is to keep this long term and to continue building her buy to let portfolio. Despite being a full time School teacher with limited time, she is really making things work. At the start, she was terrified at the idea of leaving the so called secure world of 9 to 5, but nowadays she has really changed tune. Gina is super excited about the reality of what the future now holds. Gina is the light and soul of the party and has a heart of gold.
