John buy's another property in SW London

After months of negotiating and chasing solicitors, John Binger has just completed on another property in Streatham Hill, South London. The property is a 2 bed flat, which needed a lease extension and a lot of negotiating. It was initially found by John, using a direct marketing campaign, which he had learnt in his training.

The final price negotiated was £201,500 with an additional £57,000 to cover the  lease extension. After a quick coat of paint, his plan is to rent the property out and remortgage most of his money back out in a few months.
