Lucinda buy's property & gets almost all her money back on day 1

Lucinda Bicknell has completed on her first property purchase in Kent today, a one bed flat at £120k. YAYY! Having officially joined the M.Y. Mastermind programme in January 2021, she has already learnt so much.

With a Law degree and currently working as a paralegal 9 to 5, joining M.Y. and trying something more out of the box was a huge step for her. Realising that buying a property and tying up all her funds still wouldn’t allow her to leave work, she needed a different plan.

Several months ago, Lucinda came across a private lead, where she and Ayo negotiated terms to buy and recycle the cash, using a sophisticated strategy. This meant that on the day of completion (today) she got back most of her money, allowing her to continue to look for more deals immediately. Since joining M.Y. Lucinda has been rather shy and sometimes anxious, but with things slowly taking shape now, she is definitely gaining a surge of confidence which is great.
