John Major gets BMV in Rochester, Kent

John Imobeke, aka John Major, has always been a star player in M.Y. Since leaving his 9 to 5 job to pursue a full time property dream, he has been completely committed, despite being a busy father. After a lot of negotiations and a long legal process, John managed to secure a BMV sale on a 1 bed in Rochester for £108k. The flat was a share of freehold that needed a full renovation and lease extension. John picked this up from an estate agent that he built a relationship with and used part investor and bridging finance to complete the transaction. Once John has finished the refurbishment, he plans to refinance at a new value of £160k and let the property long term. We are very happy and excited to see John slowly manifesting his dreams.
