Alison buys her 3 bed Rent to Rent in Wandsworth, London

Being one of the top females to join M.Y. and set things on fire, Alison is definitely taking her journey to a new level. After joining the group in 2018 and building a great situation, she decided to take things a step further and join the M.Y. Mastermind programme to maximize her potential. This week, after 10 months of back and forth, Alison has finally exchanged contracts on another property, a three bed ex council flat in Wandsworth. This property was previously her rent to rent, but she managed to negotiate a deal with the Landlady. The sale was a creative delayed completion, where Alison was able to put in a lot less than a traditional investor would have. The agreed sale price was £370k, which was around £30k below market value, with around £1500 per month cash flow. We are very proud and grateful to see Alison’s amazing growth.
