Josiah has always been a high flyer. He left his job a few years ago and has been going from strength to strength ever since.

He has the most units within the group and is currently sitting at 100% occupancy. I cannot express how big a challenge and an achievement this is. It takes great skill and management to achieve such a fate and more importantly, stay there!

We’re looking forward to following Josiah’s story as he looks to refine his business model and take it to another level.
