Private mentorship with Ayo Gordon is a special and bespoke service that he has put together. The programme lasts for 12 months, starting with a personal 1-2-1 with Ayo, to discuss your goals, potential challenges and best strategies to help you reach success. After that you will be given specific tasks and homework to complete, this will entail reading and watching M.Y. training videos to get you in the best place start your property journey with Ayo.

Once this is done, Ayo will take you out to different locations to get to know you as a person and how your mind ticks, he will also bring you along to different properties he has and break down in detail how each deal was done. This is followed by a personal 1-2-1 goal setting exercise and then an intense drive of you putting things into action.

Ayo will exclusively ‘hold your hand’ and personally take you through step by step to completing your first deal. Part of this private mentorship means you will have a personal two-hour meeting with Ayo once every two weeks to evaluate things in detail. These two-hour meetings will be for the complete 12 month duration or up until you get your first property deal closed. After that they will be monthly (however things will be flexible and Ayo will give you as much as he feels you need to reach your goal). Ayo is very experienced in helping people stay motivated and move forward, he will take time with you and give you the golden tips to fast-track your journey. This will not be easy at all, however Ayo will keep you motivated and assist you in getting over any challenges you may be facing.
