After that, you will be given specific tasks and homework to complete which will entail reading and watching M.Y. training videos to get you in the best place to start your property journey. You will join the weekly meetings which will involve a combination of discussions regarding each member’s situation and current deals, discussions around new trends and strategies, guest speakers and detailing more of the subjects from the M.Y. University course that you will be given.

As well as regularly sharing his secrets and knowledge, Ayo will also give members of this mastermind group first priority to joint venture on some of his opportunities. Ayo will really push you and give you the accountability you need to reach your goal. Being in this mastermind means you will also be able to learn and feed off of other members and potentially pair up on deals together.
