Prince converting a 6 bed HMO in Brixton

We are delighted to see Prince and his cousin Jermaine getting stuck in to this project in Brixton, South London. Over the last year, Prince has really picked things up and shifted his focus to the buy to let side of the property game. After recently purchasing this property, Prince and his cousin are now in full swing of a complete renovation, from an old rundown 4 bed, they will transform it into a freshly refurbished 6 bed, 3 ensuite HMO. They expect it to be completed early June 2022 and have budgeted around £125k for the work, which they borrowed under a short term loan agreement, secured on the property. The work will include a rear extension and extra room to the top floor of house. This is a big project for Prince but with a good team around him, he is confident and excited to make this happen. We expect the house to significantly increase in value and generate a cash flow of around £3000 profit per month, which will be a great foundation and make a huge difference to Prince and Jermaine’s life forever.
